How long is the hire period?

Our standard furniture hire period is 4 weeks + 2 weeks free (6 weeks total) with the opportunity to extend if required.

What is your lead time for installations?

We require a minimum of 1 weeks notice from conformation of the quote to schedule the furniture installation. During peak periods, our lead time can be anywhere from 10-14 days.

What are the payment terms?

We require full payment, along with a signed copy of our terms and conditions to secure an installation date. Please note, furniture will not be put on hold until all paperwork is returned and payment is received. Payments can be made by direct debit.

Is it possible for me to select the furniture?

That’s what we’re here for. We take the stress out of presenting your property so you don’t have to. We’re qualified stylists and we know the market so will always ensure we style to suit.

If my home sells before the hire period expires, can I get a refund?

No refunds will be issued if your property sells before the expiry date. We consider this a job well done and it means the styling has done what it’s set out to and that is to put a SOLD sticker on your home.

Am I able to live in the property whilst its styled?

Nestled Interiors is proud to offer partial styles for our clients who reside in the home whilst its for sale and we understand that sometimes accidents happen. That’s why we’re insured and we also charge a bond which is refundable upon collection of undamaged furniture/soft-furnishings.
